The Chaiya Palace Hotel impressed me with its stylish reception area and modern decor. My room on the 11th floor offered a stunning view of the city, and it was spacious and clean. I loved the breakfast selection. it included freshly cooked dishes along with buffet staples. The staff were exceptional, always eager to assist and organize Tuk Tuk rides for us. The rooftop pool provided a lovely place to relax with great views. However, I encountered a few issues. I couldn’t get consistent hot water during my stay, and some street noise bled through at times. Limited food options in the immediate area were another downside.

An information folder for guests could really enhance the experience!!! Also, consider more thoughtful amenities like body lotion!!! Lastly, a few more sunbeds by the pool would definitely improve comfort.

Everything felt so luxurious, especially enjoying the infinity pool and the chill time at the spa lounge, which really helped me unwind. The room was beautifully furnished but I wish there were more sunbeds available by the pool for a bit more comfort. Definitely consider opting for one of the relaxing treatments at the spa on your visit! 😊
